What does Insane Travelers do?

Insane Travelers is in the business of curating and booking customized holiday plans for customers.

How is Insane Travelers different from other travel companies?

All our trips are curated by real travelers, and not by desk-bound sales persons. This brings a real traveler’s perspective and first hand destination expertise to the holiday plans we make for you.

How early should I book my international holiday?

We suggest you to book your international holidays at least 3 months in advance to give sufficient time for visa processing.

What are the documents required for booking confirmation?

We require copy of the PAN card and front page of passport for all passengers for booking confirmation.

What are the documents required for visa processing?

Requirement of documents for visa is dependent on the country you are visiting, and the same will be communicated to you via email at the time of visa application processing. Sometimes the embassies may require even more documents than the ones communicated by us, but that is determined only after the visa application is submitted.

What if my visa doesn't arrive in time?

This is an extremely rare situation as we advise all our customers to apply for visa well in time. While we facilitate the visa process for you through our partners, issuance of visa is solely at the discretion of respective embassy after going through your application. Neither our partners nor we have any control in the matter of visa issuance. You will assume complete responsibility of any delays/cancellations arising due to delayed/rejected visa applications. We’ll help you in any way possible to reschedule your arrangements if required by you.

How do I make payments for the trip?

Our preferred modes of payment are direct NEFT transfer to our bank . There is a small payment gateway fee on payments by credit card, debit card, netbanking, wallets etc. The same will be communicated at the time of booking.
