Insane Travelers is in the business of curating and booking customized holiday plans for customers.

All our trips are curated by real travelers, and not by desk-bound sales persons. This brings a real traveler’s perspective and first hand destination expertise to the holiday plans we make for you.

We suggest you to book your international holidays at least 3 months in advance to give sufficient time for visa processing.

Before booking confirmation, you can make as many changes as you wish for free. Afterwards, changes are subject to applicable charges.

When we have received the relevant documents and minimum 50% payment for a particular trip quote, we’ll send you a booking confirmation email.

We require copy of the front page of passport for all passengers for booking confirmation.

Requirement of documents for visa is dependent on the country you are visiting, and the same

will be communicated to you via email at the time of visa application processing. Sometimes the

embassies may require even more documents from you than the ones communicated by us, but that

is determined only after the visa application.

This is an extremely rare situation as we advise all our customers to apply for visa well in time.

While we facilitate the visa process for you through our partners, issuance of visa is solely at the

discretion of respective embassy after going through your application. Neither our partners nor we

have any control in the matter of visa issuance. You will assume complete responsibility of any

delays/cancellations arising due to delayed/rejected visa applications. We’ll help you in any way

possible to reschedule your arrangements if required by you.

Yes. You can send us your desired itinerary and price quote. We’ll try our best to offer you a

competitive price.

Our preferred modes of payment are direct NEFT transfer to our bank account or using a debit

card. There is a 2% surcharge for all payments by credit card, netbanking or any other payment

method.
